A twist on the classic Greyhound, a pretty pink cocktail in time for Valentines Day via:

What you will need:
2 cups vodka
2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2 cups freshly squeezed blood orange juice
Ice, as needed
Blood orange slices, to garnish

Step 1: Combine the first three ingredients in a pitcher and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Step 2: To serve, pour over ice in a rocks glass, and garnish with a slice of blood orange.

Makes about 12 cocktails


What you will need:
1-3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 tablespoon sparkling wine
3 drops of chilled basil oil to garnish

Step 1: Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing it into the freezer for 5 minutes

Step 2: Add 3 drops of the basil oil into the prepared glass and set aside

Step 3: Place the gin, grapefruit juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice

Step 4: Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then add the sparkling wine

Step 5: Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass and serve immediately


Elliot and Mr Robot’s cocktail of choice.

What you will need:
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Apple Schnapps
1 oz Apple Juice
1/4 ounce lemon juice
Slice of Green Apple

Step 1: Add all ingredients except for the slice of green apple to a shaker filled with ice and shake until cold

Step 2: Pour into a martini glass

Step 3: Garnish with the slice of green apple
